Jared Ell, MBA - CEO and Chief Ideate
Jared Ell specializes in creative problem solving. He has experience working with hundreds of organizations helping them find new solutions to their toughest problems.
In 2020-2021, Jared served as the COVID Relief and Recovery Advisor for the Indiana Small Business Development Center. His role allowed him to work with many small businesses to help them find new ways of generating revenue, sustaining business while saving money, and developing their workforce. Jared's creative strategies helped many small businesses stay open during the pandemic and beyond.
Jared holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from Indiana State University, a Bachelor's of Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern Indiana, and multiple Design Thinking and Creative Problem Solving Certifications.
